VRC’s training is different from others.

VRC’s training is about helping people to get jobs or keep jobs. It will help you with unemployed, employed, disabled and non-disabled clients and their employers.

VRC’s training is based on evidence of what helps  clients into work, and what employers want

• practice from easy to more difficult use of skills
• practice using the skills at work
• use of your own examples and case studies
• confidence to use skills at work

We believe in teaching something you can actually use, not how to pass an examination. So we encourage work-based learning and rapid application of skills in work. Assessments are based on using skills at work, not on tests or examinations.
