Our training is focused on employment, employment advice, supporting ongoing employment and working with employers.

We teach the skills necessary to helping people with disabilities to find work, to stay in work, and to work well and comfortably.

Our approach is to agree goals of training

– usually in terms of how students or trainees will act after the event and the skills they will have -  and to evaluate their current skills, and provide training that bridges the gap between current and intended skills.

We design our training using independently researched standards and methods.

We also provide trainer-training for your own staff, so that they can continue to develop the services you offer.

We work closely with other companies to support their own training programmes, including in international partnerships.
